Dear Ben Affleck,
   First of all, I'm a really big fan. I just wanted to let you know that I just watched Extract, and it was an excellent movie. I have always wondered what it would be like to work with Mike Judge. When I was in college, some friends of mine watched Office Space so many times, they broke the VHS tape copy they had. Then they had a memorial service for the tape. At least I think that happened - I may have dreamed it.
   Second off, just wanted to let you know that the first thing I ever saw you in was one of these after school specials where you played a steroid-addicted freak who beats up his girlfriend. I bet you never thought that, years later, you'd be an Oscar winner... two times over. How about that?
   Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I liked Extract. I know it probably takes one of those leaps-of-faith kind of things to act in a low budget kind of movie like that. A passion project, if you will. I think that's pretty cool.
